MEPrecoup stores the business profile you type, the estimates you forward or upload, follow-up history, and replies homeowners send to your per-quote address. Attachments sit in private object storage. We use them to fill the confirm screen and to send the follow-ups you approved.

When a Gemini API key is configured, estimate text and files are sent to Google's Gemini API to read the homeowner, price, and job. Without a key, a local reader does the same job from the email text and you fill any gaps. We don't use estimate contents to train a model of our own.

Outbound email goes through Resend when an API key is set, from mail.meprecoup.com, with your name on the From line. Replies are forwarded to the address you gave us. Magic-link emails go to the address you used to sign up.

Homeowners can stop mail instantly with the link in every follow-up. Contractors can ask us to delete an account by emailing the address in their weekly report. This page is a plain description of the product, not a law-firm privacy policy. Have a lawyer read it before you take real customers.
