Questions from the truck, answered.

Do homeowners know a machine wrote this?

The note comes from your name and your wording. You can edit every template. Replies go to your real email, not to a ticket queue.

What if they already said yes?

Mark it won. We stop writing them. If a follow-up went out before that, it counts toward “won after a MEPrecoup follow-up.”

I close for the winter.

Pause for the season in settings. Nothing sends until you turn it back on. The weekly report still tells you what's open, so the money doesn't disappear.

I don't want another password.

There isn't one. We email you a sign-in link. Most weeks you only use the quote address and the odd “won” link in the Monday note.

The photo of the estimate is a mess.

We flag anything we aren't sure about, including a missing email. You fix it on one screen before the first follow-up. We never email a homeowner you haven't confirmed.

How do they tell us to stop?

Every note has a stop link that works immediately, with no login. “Stop” in a reply does the same thing, and we still forward that reply to you.
